PCR Testing Information

Dear Felicity Pharmacy Patient,

We regret to inform you that we currently are not accepting PCR partnered lab tests at this time. The lab we are partnered with is not accepting any samples until sometime in the new year. Please see the below message from the lab:

Dear Genesis Client,

As you are aware, the recent Covid-19 surge has impacted all laboratories nationwide. Genesis Laboratory has also been impacted by this with some of our in-house employees falling ill with the virus, leading to further delays with our turnaround time than anticipated. *Due to the recent circumstances with the surge and our staff, we are sorry to inform you that as of Wednesday, 12/29/2021 we must put a hold on accepting specimens from your facility.* Tuesday, 12/28/2021 will be the last day we can have our couriers pick up specimens from your location. We are hoping that once we return to a full staff, we will be more adequately equipped to begin accepting specimens again and we will update you at the earliest date possible, which we are hoping will be sometime next week/early into the new year. Thank you sincerely for your continued understanding and support.
